Hyderabad: Chef J.P. Singh, celebrated custodian of Bukhara’s iconic culinary heritage, will bring the legendary flavours of the North-West Frontier to Peshawri at ITC Kohenur from August 28 to 30.
The exclusive culinary showcase will feature a selection of signature dishes prepared using time-honoured techniques. Guests can savour classics such as the famed Dal Bukhara, Sikandari Raan, Tandoori Jhinga and Naan Bukhara, showcasing the distinctive flavours and traditional cooking methods associated with the region.
The experience will be available for both lunch and dinner, with dishes served à la carte, giving diners the flexibility to explore the specially curated offerings.
Peshawri at ITC Kohenur provides a rustic yet elegant setting designed to complement the culinary experience. The restaurant’s interiors, featuring rough-hewn tables and a distinctive North-West Frontier-inspired ambience, create an immersive backdrop for the showcase.
With its emphasis on traditional tandoor techniques and robust flavours, the culinary showcase aims to offer diners an authentic taste of the region while highlighting Chef J.P. Singh’s expertise in preserving Bukhara’s celebrated culinary traditions.
