The celebrations will begin on August 15 with “Flavours of the South”, an Independence Day brunch inspired by the colours and spirit of the nation. The specially curated brunch will showcase an elaborate spread of authentic delicacies from across the southern states, prepared by the hotel’s chefs using traditional recipes and regional ingredients.
From comforting favourites to signature specialities, guests can savour the culinary heritage of South India in a festive setting featuring patriotic hues and celebratory elements.
