CITU donates Rs 55,000 to families of missing workers in Sangareddy blast
CITU members working in Sangareddy pooled Rs 55,000 to help families of missing workers affected by the Sigachi factory mishap. Each of the 11 families received Rs 5,000 while search operations at the Pashamylaram industrial area are still ongoing

Sangareddy: Members of the Centre of Indian Trade Unions (CITU) have mobilised Rs 55,000 among themselves and donated it to 11 families waiting at the Pashamylaram industrial area, while officials continue search operations to trace those missing after the Sigachi Chloro Chemicals accident.
CITU members working across various industries in Sangareddy district came together to support the affected families.
CITU State president Chukka Ramulu, along with Athimela Manik, Panduranga Reddy and others, handed over Rs 5,000 in cash to each of the 11 families.
