Hyderabad: Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao called on D Damodar Rao, Chairman and Managing Director of Telangana Publications Private Limited and consoled him. Divakonda Narayana Rao, father of Damodar Rao, passed away on Thursday last.
The Chief Minister, who landed in Hyderabad after his visit to New Delhi drove to Damodar Rao’s house in Banjara Hills and paid tributes to Divakonda Narayana Rao. He interacted with Damodar Rao’s mother Andalamma and inquired about her health condition. He spent an hour talking to the family members and recalled his association with Divakonda Narayana Rao.
Rajya Sabha member J Santosh Kumar, Telangana Planning Commission vice chairman Vinod Kumar, Yella Reddy MLA Jajula Surender, MLCs Naveen Rao, S. Subhash Reddy, TRS General Secretary Ravula Shravan Reddy and others were accompanied the Chief Minister.
