Hyderabad: Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao conveyed his greetings to the people of Telangana State as well as the country on the festive occasion of Maha Shivaratri on Tuesday.

He said the Hindus observe Maha Shivaratri with fasting and remain awake throughout the night as a symbol of commitment and unwavering faith. They worship Lord Shiva with complete dedication and as the universe’s creator of rhythm (Shrushthi Laya Kara). He prayed to Lord Shiva to bless people in Telangana State and in the country with health, peace and happiness.
