Hyderabad: The Cyient Foundation, the CSR wing of Hyderabad-based Cyient, contributed Rs 2 crore to the Asian Healthcare Foundation (AHF). This contribution will be disbursed over four years.
AHF will use this grant to develop innovative healthcare solutions through its basic science and research facility associated with Asian Institute of Gastroenterology (AIG). AHF is recognised as a scientific and industrial research organisation by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Government of India.
Speaking on the announcement, Dr BVR Mohan Reddy, founder chairman, Cyient, said, “As Cyient celebrates 30 years of excellence, we are strengthening our promise to all stakeholders towards ‘Designing Tomorrow Together’. While Cyient is delivering technology innovation to customers, our CSR team is committed to nurturing social innovation.”
