The Earth is what we all have in common, and that’s the beauty of nature-our mother earth. Earth day is the day of celebration and making promises. To make it a happier, healthier, and greener planet for generations to come, students of Delhi Public School, Mahendra Hills come together to pledge support for environmental protection. It was the 51st anniversary with the theme “Restore our Earth”.
Children were very enthusiastic to share different ways of creating awareness to make our earth a better place to live. The participants were enthralled and enjoyed the poetry, song, dance, presentations, and best of all was the intervention of Bollywood through a Nukkad – Natak. The motive of this programme was fruitful when students made posters as their bit to self-motivate themselves and encourage others.
Students shared the message of protecting Earth on the occasion. Principal Dr. Sunitha Rao and Head Mistress Neetu Gupta Puri were present.
