Rajanna-Sircilla: A disinfectant chamber has been set up at the district headquarters hospital. Disha Foundation in coordination with Signify Innovations, a corporate company, established the chamber at the hospital.
Collector D Krishna Bhaskar along with hospital superintendent Dr Muralidhar Rao inaugurated the chamber on Friday. Speaking on the occasion, The Collector thanked Disha Foundation and Signify Innovations for donating disinfectant chamber for the hospital. Bacteria forms on mobile phones, watches, bags, purses and other materials would be killed within minutes with the chamber.
He asked the people to use the machine with care. Later, Krishna Bhaskar toured the hospital and examined out-patients’ ward, dialysis ward, liquid medical oxygen lab, and 50-bed capacity Covid-19 fabrications shed.
Interacting with the hospital superintendent, he enquired about the treatment being provided to patients in the hospital. People have faith in the treatment being provided to patients in government hospitals. So, hospital authorities should provide better treatment to people approaching the hospital for treatment, he directed the hospital authorities.
