Hyderabad: On the very first day of her work, a woman domestic help decamped with gold and silver ornaments worth in lakhs from a house in Borabanda.
Sri Devi (19), from Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh joined as domestic help at a young couple’s residence in Sriram Nagar in Borabanda on Sunday morning.

As per available information, Sri Devi, moved closely with the couple helping in the household chores the whole day to gain their trust. Around 10 pm, when the couple was in their room, Sri Devi allegedly fled with the valuables in the house. Her phone also was switched off and fled to Visakhapatnam.
Based on a complaint, the Borabanda police booked a case and took up investigation.
