Eleven tribal students selected for Word Power Championship

Adilabad: Eleven tribal students studying in Ashram schools qualified to participate in a State-level word power championship to be held soon. They were felicitated by ITDA-project officer Khusbhu Gupta in Utnoor mandal centre on Tuesday.
The students were Ade Vijay Kumar, Thalandi Yashwanth, Rajesh Gundi, Kontaka Kalyani and Kursenga Vinod Kumar, studying Class IV, Krishna Druva, Thodsam Vaishnavi, Madavi Varalaxmi, Rathod Balaji, Laxman Choudari and Kiran Rathod from Class V at different Ashram schools were selected to take part in the championship for excelling in a district-level spelling, reading and comprehension competitions.
ITDA ACMO Jagan, Vibha foundation senior programme officer Veeranarayana and representatives of Leap For Word were present.
