Environmentalist begins hunger strike against pollution in Sangareddy
Paladugu Gnaneshwar launched an indefinite hunger strike at the Sangareddy Collectorate, demanding action against industrial effluents flowing into Domadugu farmers’ fields. He called on officials and Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy to address the ongoing pollution issue.

Hyderabad: Environmentalist Paladugu Gnaneshwar has launched an indefinite hunger strike at the Sangareddy Collectorate on Tuesday morning.
Farmers in Domadugu have been complaining effluents continue to flow down into their agriculture fields. After talking to the farmers over phone, Gnaneshwar, who hails from Nagulgidda mandal in Sangareddy, arrived at the Collectorate and launched an indefinite hunger fast.
He alleged inaction on part of the officials on the issue and demanded Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy to take action on the issue.
