Siddipet: Protesting the recklessness of the revenue officials, a farmer came with a pesticide bottle to the Tehsildar’s office in Wargal.

The farmer Pochaiah of Veluru said the revenue officials had transferred his 36 guntas of land to Uppari Rama Swamy of the same village without his consent.

He alleged that the revenue officials have shown in the records that he died. To prove he was alive, Pochaiah said that he came to the Tehsildar’s office with a pesticide bottle and his original land documents.

He threatened to end his life unless the officials reverted their faulty work. The incident created a scene at the revenue office. However, the revenue officials have refused to comment on the issue.
