Four die by suicide in separate incidents in Medak district
Four persons, including a Class 10 student and a woman, died by suicide in separate incidents across Medak district on Thursday. Police have registered cases and launched investigations, while family and financial problems were cited as possible reasons

Medak: Four persons, including a woman and a Class 10 student, died by suicide in separate incidents reported from Medak district on Thursday.
In one incident, Sravan (15), a resident of Tupakulapally in Manoharabad mandal, died by suicide. He was a student at a residential school in Narsapur and had returned home on Wednesday after developing stomach pain. As he had been frequently suffering from illness, Sravan informed his parents that he would return to the hostel on Thursday. However, he died by suicide by hanging from a tree near his house in the early hours of Thursday.
In another incident, a married woman, Banda Manjula (29), died by suicide by hanging at her residence in Sherila village of Veldurthi mandal. She is survived by two children. She reportedly took the extreme step due to family problems. However, her parents accused her husband and in-laws of driving her to suicide.
In a separate incident, a married man, K Swaraj Yadav (29), died by suicide at Khajipally village in Medak mandal. He is survived by his wife and two children.
In another incident, a young man, Kottari Swamy (29), was found hanging at Chinna Sivanur village in Chegunta mandal. He reportedly took the extreme step due to financial problems.
Police registered cases in all the incidents and are investigating.
