‘Ghibili Ghibili’ song from Mothevari Love Story out, series streams on August 8
ZEE5’s Mothevari Love Story, set in rural Telangana, releases on August 8. Its first song Ghibili Ghibili, sung by Rahul Sipligunj, blends fun lyrics with rustic charm as love and land disputes collide.
Hyderabad: The first song from the upcoming Telugu web series Mothevari Love Story is out. Titled Ghibili Ghibili, the song is sung by Oscar winner Rahul Sipligunj with music by Charan Arjun. The series, set in the villages of Telangana, will premiere on ZEE5 on August 8.
The track has a lively rural feel with playful lyrics written by Dr Mallegoda Ganga Prasad. Anil Geela and Varshini, who play the lead roles, are seen in the video dancing in a light-hearted and quirky way.
The series follows Parshi (Anil Geela), a young man from Arepalli village, who falls for a girl from a neighbouring village. Their story takes a turn when two old men arrive and a land dispute changes everything.
Mothevari Love Story is written and directed by Shiva Krishna Burra. The show also features Muralidhar, Sadanna, and Sujatha in important roles. Madhura Sreedhar and Sriram Srikanth are producing it, with cinematography by Sreekanth Arupula.
With its rural setting, humour and romance, the show aims to capture the heartland stories of Telangana. It will be available to stream on ZEE5 from August 8.
