Gitanjali Devashray: A fun start to new session

Students of grade II took part in a 'School is Cool' activity where they refreshed themselves. The kids had a fun time in this Hawaiian theme activity.

Gitanjali Devashray is constantly emphasising making healthy living a way of life. To inculcate this habit in a fun way, students of grade II took part in a ‘School is Cool’ activity where they refreshed themselves. The kids had a fun time in this Hawaiian theme activity. They came to class dressed up in colourful and eye-catching floral attires. Some of them had put on the traditional Lei (Hawaiian flower garland) and dark glasses. The children snacked on healthy fruits and enjoyed a glass of mocktail to refresh themselves.

They shared with their classmates and teachers how they spent their summer vacation and all the fun activities they did with their families. But their main emphasis was on how cool it is for them to get back to school. It was a fun start to the new session.
