Adilabad: MLA Jogu Ramanna unveiled the New Year calendar and diary published by Progressive Recognised Teachers union (PRTU)-TS here on Saturday. Ramanna assured that he would bring the concerns of teachers, who were facing inconvenience due to the Government Order 317, to the notice of the government and ensure justice to them.
He promised to address other problems of the teachers and to take steps to strengthen education in the district. He stated that the education sector was undergoing a transformation in Telangana.
State honorary president of PRTU TS Parvati Satyanarayana, district president Sunil Chouhan, general secretary Narsing Naik, leaders Rangaiah, Ramesh, Meghanath, Manoj, Rajender, Vijay, Prakash, Kailash Subhash and Jeevan were among who attended the event.
