HR manager booked for sexual harassment in Jubilee Hills
An HR manager of a private company in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, has been booked for allegedly sexually harassing a female employee. The accused, Swami Reddy, is said to have misused his position to pressure the victim into a personal relationship.
Hyderabad: The Jubilee Hills police booked a case against an HR manager of a private company for allegedly sexually harassing a female employee.
The suspect, Swami Reddy, was working as a Human Resources manager in the same organisation where the victim is employed. He allegedly misused his position and repeatedly harassed the woman by insisting that she maintain a personal relationship with him.
The victim approached the Jubilee Hills police station and lodged a complaint. Officials said statements were being recorded and further action will be taken after examining all evidence related to the case.
