Hyderabad: Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli’s TG’s – The Oriental Grill has unveiled a Mongolian-themed lunch buffet in Hyderabad which offers an immersive Teppanyaki-style dining experience and combines the essence of communal cooking with a modern flair.
Embracing the concept of ‘Eat What You See,’ diners can select fresh ingredients and watch expert chefs craft their meals live, creating a unique connection between preparation and indulgence, a press release said.
Mongolian cuisine is renowned for its hearty mix of freshly hunted meat, vegetables, rice, noodles, and flavourful sauces cooked together to create a nourishing meal. At TG’s, guests can experience this tradition with unlimited fresh ingredients and the opportunity to personalize their dishes.
By pairing selections with signature Japanese and Thai sauces, diners will enjoy a distinctive and unforgettable Teppanyaki dining journey, the release said. It is available from Monday to Saturday, 12.30 pm to 3 pm.
