Hyderabad: Food Safety officials raid Kachiguda water plant, seize 19,000 bottles for quality violations

Hyderabad: The Food Safety Officials raided a bottled water plant at Kachiguda and seized huge quantity of water bottles on Thursday.

The officials found that the TDS levels were lower in comparison to laid down norms of packaged purified water bottle.

The officials also found the company was packing the water in bottles resembling the packaging of well known mineral water companies but supplying impure water and cheating people.

The officials seized around 19000 bottles.
