Hyderabad: Man attacked with knife in Begum Bazaar

The victim, identified as Manoj Pawar (37), runs a kirana store and is a resident of Begum Bazaar.

Hyderabad: A 35-year-old man was attacked with a knife by a group of persons at Begum Bazaar on Tuesday night.

The victim, identified as Manoj Pawar (37), runs a kirana store and is a resident of Begum Bazaar. The three persons, one of them identified as Abid, had come on two motorcycles and called Manoj out from his house.

“When he came out, one of the three suspects attacked him with a knife. Manoj managed to run away,” police said.

Efforts are on to nab the assailants.
