Hyderabad: Man gets 20-year jail for sexual assaulting minor girl
Convict L Deepak (32), sexually assaulted a five-year-old girl who belonged to the same neighbourhood

Hyderabad: A local court sentenced a man to 20 years rigourous imprisonment in the sexual assault case of a minor girl reported in 2024 in Secunderabad. The court also imposed a fine of Rs 20,000 on him.
The convict L Deepak (32), sexually violated a five-year-old girl who belonged to the same neighbourhood.
A case was booked at Mahankali police station and Deepak was arrested within 24 hours of the crime being reported. Additionally, the court also granted a compensation of Rs 5 lakh to the victim girl.
