Hyderabad: A woman attempted to die by suicide on the premises of the Begumpet police station alleging she was cheated by Tappachabutra Sub-Inspector U Madhu on the promise of marriage.
The 32-year-old woman reached the police station on Tuesday to lodge a complaint against the SI, alleging that though he was already married, they had an intimate relationship, with him promising to marry her as well.
