Hyderabad: Woman drinks sanitizer after fighting with friend, dies

Hyderabad: A 20-year-old woman, who allegedly drank a hand sanitizer after an argument with a friend three days ago, died while undergoing treatment on Monday.
K Pratyusha, a resident of Dattatreyanagar under the Petbasheerabad police station limits, worked at a private company. She was into a friendship with one Jagadeesh for the last couple of years.
According to the police, on Friday, the two had an argument after which she consumed a hand sanitizer in her house. Family members rushed her to hospital where she died on Monday afternoon.
The Petbasheerabad police have booked a case and are investigating.
