Hyderabad’s Trisha, Drithi in India U-19 women’s cricket team
Hyderabad cricketers G Trisha and Drithi Kesari have been named in the India Under-19 women’s cricket team, which will take part in the inaugural edition of the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) Women’s U19 Asia Cup in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from December 15 to 22.

Another Hyderabad player, G Kavya Sree, has been named as a stand-by.
India U19 are placed in Group A along with Pakistan and Nepal. Group B consists of Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and hosts Malaysia. India will play against arch-rivals Pakistan in their opening match of the Group Stage on December 15 and then face Nepal on December 17.
