IDE Bootcamp trains PM SHRI principals and teachers in Hyderabad

The Department of School Education and Literacy, in collaboration with AICTE and the Ministry of Education Innovation Cell, organised a three-day Innovation, Design and Entrepreneurship (IDE) Bootcamp for Principals and Teachers of PM SHRI Schools at CMR Technical Campus, Medchal.

Hyderabad: The Department of School Education and Literacy, in collaboration with the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the Ministry of Education Innovation Cell (MIC), organised a three-day Innovation, Design and Entrepreneurship (IDE) Bootcamp for Principals and Teachers of PM SHRI Schools from February 4 to 6, at CMR Technical Campus, Medchal.

The bootcamp is being conducted with the support of the Wadhwani Foundation, a globally reputed organisation promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education.

It was inaugurated by M. Somi Reddy, Regional Joint Director of School Education, Hyderabad, and Vikas Varma, Managing Editor, AICTE–MIC, who attended the event.

Educators G. Lavanya and Priyanka Bethala from the Wadhwani Foundation served as resource persons. The programme was presided over by C. Gopal Reddy, Chairman, CMR Technical Campus, and C. Abhinav, CEO, CMR Group of Institutions. Senior officials including Dr. A. Raji Reddy, Dr. K. Srujan Raju, and Dr. S. Rao Chintalapudi were present. Over 190 Principals and Teachers participated in the bootcamp.
