Inquiry begins into death of tribal student at Ashram school in Asifabad
A 10-year-old tribal student, Durwa Anwesh, died after suffering head injuries in a hostel accident at a tribal welfare Ashram school in Panpatar village, Kumram Bheem Asifabad. The Integrated Tribal Development Agency (ITDA)-Utnoor has initiated an inquiry and promised action against responsible officials.

Kumram Bheem Asifabad: An inquiry has begun into the death of a tribal student at a tribal welfare Ashram school at Panpatar village on Saturday.
Integrated Tribal Development Agency (ITDA)-Utnoor officials said that an inquiry had begun into the death of Durwa Anwesh (10) from Gangapur village. Action would be taken against responsible officials based on the findings of the inquiry. A proceeding was issued offering a job to Anwesh’s father on compassionate grounds.
Anwesh sustained serious head injuries while playing with a swing made of bed-sheets as iron storage boxes and a bench fell on him at his hostel on Friday afternoon. He was immediately rushed to a hospital in Jainoor. Doctors declared that he was brought dead while Durva Jangu, father of the student, alleged that negligence by officials claimed the life of his son.
In the meantime, Jainoor police said that a case was registered under Section 194 of Bharatiya Nagarika Suraksha Sanhita, based on a complaint received from Jangu. investigations have been taken up
