Hyderabad: The Intermediate Education department on Wednesday signed two Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with MSN Laboratories and Radiant Institute of Technology (RIT) aimed at creating career opportunities and strengthening skill development among students and faculty of government junior colleges.
The agreement with MSN Laboratories will facilitate employment opportunities for students graduating from Government Junior Colleges across the State. Under the partnership, MSN Laboratories will recruit eligible Intermediate MPC, BiPC, MLT and Pharma Technology students who completed their intermediate education between the 2023 and 2026 academic years, offering them career opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry.
In another agreement, RIT will conduct hands-on faculty development programmes for lecturers of Government Junior Vocational Colleges. It will additionally provide industry-aligned on-the-job training to ET, ECT and ME students, with a focus on enhancing employability outcomes.
“Providing quality training free of cost will bridge the gap between industry and academia, and the MoU is crucial in preparing students for employment,” said Abhilasha Abhinav, Director, Intermediate Education.
