Kairos Global School: Children embark on active leadership journey
After several rounds of scrutinous interviewing along with a detailed selection process, the new student council members were selected.
A spectacular virtual investiture ceremony was hosted by Kairos Global School recently. An investiture ceremony is a quintessential threshold for all the young leaders of today, the school said. Students are invested with a set of leadership roles that would shape them as responsible and tactful global citizens.
After several rounds of scrutinous interviewing along with a detailed selection process, the new student council members were selected. The grand day began with the flag hoisting ceremony by the chairman Venkat Reddy followed by his inspiring words of wisdom.
The march past by all the prefects was a wonderful addition to the ceremony which set the tone for the event. Words of encouragement by Principal Srilakshmi Merapala and vice- principal BAS Nagavalli gave the students the boost of confidence to carry out the duties entrusted on them. Students performed welcome songs and dances with zeal.
Donning the mantle of accountability, the student council members took the pledge to bestow their duties to the best of their abilities and uphold the values of loyalty, truth and honour in high esteem.
Rohan Sujith and Bandhavika Paruchuri were elected head boy and head girl, respectively. We firmly believe that their dynamic personalities, honesty and integrity in their work will pose as an example for all the students, the school said about the new school prefects. The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks.
