Kamareddy police impose PD Act against three criminals
Kamma Anil Kumar, Kamble Ashok, and Dasari Tirupathi who hail from Banswada, Tadkol and Bidar respectively had formed as a team and robbed from nearly 15 houses in the last two years.
Kamareddy: Kamareddy police on Thursday imposed Preventive Detention Act (PD Act) against three criminals, who committed several thefts from various houses in Banswada and Bhirkoor mandals of Kamareddy district in the last two years.
Kamma Anil Kumar, Kamble Ashok, and Dasari Tirupathi who hail from Banswada, Tadkol and Bidar respectively had formed as a team and robbed from nearly 15 houses in the last two years. Their modus operandi was to conduct recce during the day and steal from houses that were locked, during nights, police said and added that they were detained from Nizamabad recently.
Kamareddy SP N Swetha Reddy said that based on an appeal made by Kamareddy police, the court had imposed PD Act against the three accused for one year.
