Kartikeya gets engaged to his girlfriend Lohitha Reddy

Hyderabad: ‘RX 100’ actor Kartikeya Gummakonda got engaged to his longtime girlfriend Lohitha Reddy in an intimate ceremony attended by his close family members and friends here in the city on Monday. The actor made it official on his Instagram handle by sharing the photograph of her fiance. He also shared a throwback picture of himself along with Lohitha supposedly from their college days.
