KGC free coaching yields good results in TS CPGET

Warangal: Students, who attended the free online coaching classes conducted by the Kakatiya Government College (UG and PGH), Hanamkonda, for the entrance exam for admission into the M.SC (Chemistry) course in the State universities (CPGET-2021) secured 4,5,6 and 10 ranks in CPGET-2021, according to programme coordinator and Head, Department of Chemistry, Dr B. Ramesh.
Speaking to Telangana Today, Dr Ramesh said that the students, who attended the online free coaching classes conducted from August 16 to September 17 for 30 days by expert teachers, also achieved 11,12,13,14 and 20 ranks and more than 25 ranks below 100. “While Nerella Nandini of Government Degree College for Women, Karimnagar, secured the 4th rank, A Mallesh of Saifabad PG College, OU, got 5th rank, M Jalendher of Tribal Welfare Residential College, Karimnagar, secured the 6th rank and Tallapally Ramya of Koti Women’s College, OU,” he said, adding that a total of 300 students actively attended the classes via zoom and appeared for the tests during the coaching classes.
Principal Dr K Mallesham and other faculty members have congratulated the students for securing top ranks in the CPGET -2021. It may be added here that students who attended the free online classes in the last year secured four ranks including the first rank in the CPGET-2020 in Telangana.
As the KGC also conducted free online coaching for the Joint Admission Test for Masters (JAM)-2021 for admission into the Master of Science and other post-graduate science programmes at Indian Institutes of Technology, Indian Institute of Science and National Institutes of Technology from Jan 8 to Feb 12, 2021, via online, two students secured seats in IITs, two students in NITs. The KGC is also running a YouTube channel for the benefit of the students. The channel ‘CHEMISTRY KGC’ has got 1.05K subscribers so far.
