Hyderabad: BRS working president KT Rama Rao has cut short his ongoing tour of the United States and is flying back to Hyderabad tonight (Thursday night) after receiving updates on the deteriorating health of Jubilee Hills MLA Maganti Gopinath.
Upon learning about Gopinath’s critical condition, Rama Rao spoke directly with the legislator’s family and senior doctors at AIG Hospital, where the MLA is undergoing treatment. He sought a detailed briefing on the care being administered in the ICU.
Hospital sources reportedly informed the BRS working president that the MLA is receiving intensive care. Though his condition remains serious, it is being closely monitored, with signs of gradual improvement. Rama Rao assured Gopinath’s family of all necessary support and prayed for his swift recovery.
