Hyderabad: IT Minister KT Rama Rao on Monday met and appreciated Hyderabad Traffic Sub-Inspector Ilaiah and Constable Venkateshwarlu who issued a traffic challan on his vehicle for plying in the wrong direction. The Minister lauded them for doing their duty sincerely and felicitated them.
Mentioning that he was not in the vehicle when the incident took place at Bapu Ghat on October 2, Rao said he paid the fine to send out the right message to other leaders and people who break rules and do not pay challans. Stating that the rules were the same for all, citizens or public representatives, the Minister urged citizens to follow traffic rules.
