Siddipet: Assistant Commissioner of Police, Siddipet, Deva Reddy called upon the NCC Cadets to set an example to other students in the college by leading a disciplined life.
Participating as the chief guest of the 73rd NCC Day celebrations at Government Degree College Siddipet on Sunday, the ACP said that NCC made him an improved person when he was in college.
After inaugurating the newly built guard mount on the premises of the College on Sunday, Deva Reddy called upon the NCC Cadets to stay away from bad habits such as smoking, consumption of alcohol, gutkha and other practices.
College Principal Dr Ch Prasad observed that the NCC life would make the Cadets into better leaders in their life.
Alumni Association President Ayodhya Reddy, Vice-principal Dr K Hussain, Faculty S Mahendar, R Mahendar Reddy and others were present.
