LG Electronics India launches Essential Series, home appliances designed for Indian households
LG Electronics India unveils the Essential Series, a new line of home appliances designed for Indian households. The series combines durability, thoughtful design, and performance, including refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, and convertible ovens tailored for local needs.

Hyderabad: LG Electronics India Ltd. (LGEIL) unveiled its Essential Series, a new line of home appliances designed “Made for India” to combine performance, durability, and affordability for Indian consumers. Launched under the campaign slogan “Har Ghar Appliances, Har Ghar Happiness,” the series reflects LG’s commitment to making innovation accessible to millions of households across the country.
Developed after engaging with over 1,200 families across India, the Essential Series incorporates two core philosophies: “Made in India” and “Made for India.” Each appliance addresses everyday challenges while offering thoughtful design, superior performance, and reliability at accessible price points.
The LG Essential Series includes four key appliances:
Double Door Refrigerator: Frost-free technology, Smart Mode for seasonal cooling adjustments, and 20% larger vegetable storage.
Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine: Low Pressure Fill for effective washing under low water pressure, ProShield Motor with BMC cover for dust and moisture protection, and IPX4-certified water-resistant panel.
Room Air Conditioner: Energy Manager+ with “You Decide Your Bill” function, Diet Mode+ for optimized airflow, ideal for small-to-medium spaces.
Convertible Oven: Indian Auto Cook menus, Air Fry, and Convection modes for healthier and versatile cooking.
