Sanagreddy: An unidentified person was found dead close to NH-65 at Satvar village under Chiragpally Police Station limits in Sangareddy district on Friday.

Sub-inspector of Police Kasinath said it appeared that an unidentified vehicle hit him while he was crossing the road.
