Mancherial teacher’s paper selected for national conference
Santhosh, a School Assistant in Mathematics at ZPHS Kasipet said that he achieved a remarkable milestone in his career with his research paper getting selected for national conference.

Mancherial: A research paper titled, “A study on the impact of mathematics lab activities with low-cost and no-cost materials on students’ achievement in geometry at the secondary level,” and prepared by Kasam Santhosh, a government teacher, has been selected for presentation at a national level conference on mathematics education to be held at the National Council for Educational Research Training (NCERT) in New Delhi on December 22.
In a statement, Santhosh, a School Assistant in Mathematics at ZPHS Kasipet said that he achieved a remarkable milestone in his career with his research paper getting selected for national conference. He thanked all those who encouraged and supported him in bringing out the paper, helping the students in easily understanding mathematics.
In recognition of his significant innovations in the field of mathematics teaching and learning processes, NCERT selected Santhosh as a member of the NCERT Mathematics Laboratory Activities Renovation team for the years 2022 and 2023. His work in enhancing mathematics pedagogy has set a benchmark for quality. He has been rendering exemplary services as a State Resource Person for Mathematics Education under SCERT, Hyderabad.
Meanwhile, District Educational Officer Yadayya, Academic Monitoring Officer Satyanarayana Murthy, Kasipet Mandal Educational Officers Venkateswara Swamy and the headmaster of the school M Sambhamurthy congratulated Santosh on his achievement and for bringing recognition to the district.
