Marriott Executive Apartments to Host Onam Sadhya
Marriott Executive Apartments Hyderabad will host an Onam Sadhya at Mazzo and Altair this August. Curated by head chef Suresh Rajan Pillai, the traditional Kerala feast will feature curries, vegetable dishes, accompaniments, pickles and payasams.
Hyderabad: Marriott Executive Apartments Hyderabad is set to host an Onam Sadhya at its restaurants, Mazzo and Altair, this August. The traditional Kerala feast has been curated by Head Chef Suresh Rajan Pillai.
The Sadhya will feature traditional Kerala specialities, including curries, vegetable preparations, classic accompaniments, pickles and payasams. It will be served in the traditional sit-down format as part of the hotel’s Onam celebrations.
At Mazzo, the Sadhya will be available on August 22 and 23 from 1 pm onwards. Altair will host it on August 25 and 26, with multiple slots available.
