Nikon India announces Wedding Film Awards with prizes over Rs 6 Lakh

An esteemed jury of Nikon Creators, featuring top wedding cinematographers and videographers like Raj Rj, founder of The Yellow Draft and Paws and Frames; wedding and fashion photographer Kirandeep; Snehal Patel, founder of Spectrum Pixels; and Sazid Ansari, founder of The Royal Diaries, will evaluate the participants.

Hyderabad: Nikon India Private Limited is set to present the fourth season of Wedding Film Awards. In addition to showcasing creativity of wedding videographers and cinematographers, the annual contest offers prizes worth over Rs.6 lakh, including Nikon Z6III camera.

The theme ‘Magical Memories’ also encourages the seasoned professionals in the industry as well as the emerging talents to capture all their creativity through their lens, a press release said.

An elite jury of Nikon Creators, including some of the leading wedding cinematographers and videographers in the industry such as The Yellow Draft and Paws and Frames founder Raj Rj, wedding and fashion photographer Kirandeep, Spectrum Pixels founder Snehal Patel and The Royal Diaries founder Sazid Ansari will assess participants.

The registrations are open until January 8, 2025. Participants can participate in the contest through the Nikon India website https://www.nikon.co.in/ and submit their entries featuring up to 60 seconds of video shot using Nikon cameras and lenses along with a maximum 100-word caption describing why the video uniquely captures the essence of the wedding.
