Hyderabad: MLC Palla Rajeshwar Reddy appealed to the TRS NRI wings across the world to campaign for Huzurabad TRS candidate Gellu Srinivas Yadav and ensure bumper majority in the by-election.
Rajeshwar Reddy was chief guest for the video conference held with representatives of 50 TRS NRI wings on Monday. TRS candidate Gellu Srinivas Yadav also participated in the conference, which was organised by TRS NRI wing coordinator Mahesh Bigala.
Addressing the conference, Rajeshwar Reddy urged the NRI wing coordinators to campaign for Gellu Srinivas Yadav and impress upon their friends and relatives in Huzurabad to cast their vote for the TRS candidate.
Gellu Srinivas Yadav said he had actively participated in the separate Telangana agitation since 2001 as a student leader. He thanked the organisers for the conference and appealed them to ensure party’s victory in the election.
TRS NRI wing coordinator Mahesh Bigala exuded confidence that TRS party would win the election with a thumping majority. Apart from social media campaign and telephonic campaign, the NRI wings were electioneering directly, he said.
