Peddapalli: Director (Operations), National Thermal Power Project, Ramesh Babu V visited Telangana project on Sunday. On the occasion, Ramesh Babu, along with Chief General Manager, NTPC, Sunil Kumar, inaugurated Telangana Project service building.
Later, they visited the Telangana Unit control room and inspected Unit-1 boiler and fuel gas desulfurisation (FGD) area and Unit-2 FGD area and aux boiler.
While visiting the 100 MW floating solar plant, Ramesh Babu praised the efforts of NTPC-Ramagundam to increase the use of renewable energy and environmental sustainability.
Later, he interacted with senior executives of NTPC-Ramagundam. Director also met with the members of the union and associations.
