Pallavi Aware students emulate yoga instructors

On International Yoga Day, Pallavi Aware International School held a school-wide event in which students spoke on the importance of practicing yoga every day

Hyderabad: On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Pallavi Aware International School had held a school-wide event.

The event begun with a sloka sung by the students invoking a calming atmosphere. The students spoke on the importance of practicing yoga every day, pointing out how it leads to a healthy lifestyle.


The guests of the day, yoga Instructors from Namaste Yoga Center, instructor Kiran, instructor Rajveer and instructor Vamshi were exemplary in demonstrating to the audience various yoga asanas and the benefits each had on the body and mind. The students participated in the proceedings by emulating the instructors.

The event was brought to a close by Sudeshna Mairal, Principal PAIS, addressing and reminding the audience that yoga should not be practiced on a one-time basis, but must be incorporated into our daily lives for it to truly benefit us.
