The pre-primary department of the Pallavi International School, Gandipet organised a fun-filled Dip-Scoop Activity for the tiny tots to develop their fine motor skills. With the development of these skills, a child will be able to complete tasks such as writing, feeding oneself, buttoning, etc, explained the organisers.
The students were introduced to the ice cream parlour. They were instructed to make the ice cream cone step by step with the materials available inhouse like colour papers, water paint, clay, crayons, cotton, etc. After building the shape of the cone the students coloured it and decorated it using clay and cotton to resemble the ice cream.
Water colours and thermocol balls were used for decorating it and make it look more attractive. It was a fun learning exercise for students. Parents appreciated the school for conducting the learning activities through fun-filled tasks. Parent of Anisha Singh said, “She enjoyed the activity thoroughly.”
