PG medical student dies, three injured in Karimnagar road accident
A PG medical student from Prathima Institute died and three classmates were injured when their car hit a tree and overturned near Jublinagar, Karimnagar. The accident occurred around 2 am on Tuesday. Police have registered a case and launched investigation.
Karimnagar: A postgraduate medical student died and three others were seriously injured in a road accident near Jublinagar in Karimnagar rural mandal during the early hours of Tuesday.
The incident occurred around 2 am when the four-wheeler they were travelling in overturned after hitting a roadside tree. All four were students of the Prathima Institute of Medical Sciences.
Rahul, a PG medical student, died on the spot, while the three others sustained serious injuries. Police, upon being informed, visited the scene, shifted the injured to hospital, and registered a case. The body was sent to the district headquarters hospital for post-mortem.
