Philanthropist Subhash Reddy extends relief to flood-hit families in Kamareddy
Philanthropist Timmayyagiri Subhash Reddy, founder of SR Foundation, has extended relief to flood-hit families in Kamareddy. He distributed grocery kits worth Rs 3,500 to 150 families and announced notebooks for students, pledging to reach 10,000 victims with aid.

Kamareddy: After heavy rainfall of nearly 576 mm lashed Kamareddy district within 48 hours last week, philanthropist Timmayyagiri Subhash Reddy stepped in to support the victims of the rain fury.
Moved by the sight of submerged houses and flooded crops, Subhash Reddy, founder of SR Foundation, initiated relief efforts. As an immediate measure, he distributed grocery kits worth Rs 3,500 each to about 150 families. The kits contained rice, oil, pulses and other essentials.
With Kamareddy MLA Katipally Venkataramana Reddy not reaching out to the displaced, Subhash Reddy’s gesture has drawn appreciation from local residents.
He said the foundation would continue to assist victims in the coming days. Noting that the books of several students were damaged in the floods, he announced plans to distribute notebooks to affected children.
Reddy further said he aimed to reach over 10,000 people with various initiatives to help the m rebuild their lives. He also thanked the citizens who had extended support to his relief efforts in Kamareddy.
