Post offices across Telangana to remain shut on July 21

Postal services will be unavailable on July 21 in Telangana post offices — except in Rangareddy, Nalgonda, and Yadadri-Bhongir districts — due to the implementation of the Advanced Postal Technology application aimed at enhancing service delivery and customer experience

Hyderabad: As part of the implementation of the next-generation Advanced Postal Technology (APT) application, no transactions will be done in all post offices (except those of Rangareddy, Nalgonda, and Yadadri-Bhongiri districts) in Telangana on July 21.

A press release issued by the Assistant Postmaster General (Tech-Ops), Y Naresh, on Thursday said the APT application is designed to offer an enhanced user experience, faster service delivery, and a more customer-friendly interface, reflecting our unwavering commitment to delivering smarter, efficient, and future-ready postal operations.
