Praheti Racing of CBIT Competes in SUPRA 2024 at Buddh International Circuit

The team, led by captain Abhishek Madishetti, vice-captain Akash Koti, and vehicle dynamics lead Achyuth Karthikeya Tangella, along with faculty coordinators G Laxmaiah and Ch Indira Priyadarsini, designed and built a formula car from chassis to powertrain. Their efforts earned them a spot in the top 35 teams at the competition.

Hyderabad: Praheti Racing, a FSAE Club of CBIT, recently participated in the All India SUPRA 2024 competition held at the Buddh International Circuit, Greater Noida.

The team, comprising captain, Abhishek Madishetti, vice-captain, Akash Koti, and vehicle dynamics lead, Achyuth Karthikeya Tangella among others, with the guidance of faculty coordinators G Laxmaiah and Ch Indira Priyadarsini built a formula car from chassis to power train and secured a rank in the top 35 teams.

CBIT principal CV Narasimhulu, along with the vice principal, directors and head Mechanical Engineering department, felicitated students. A workshop detailing the work on the car was held to create awareness and interest amongst the student community of CBIT.
