Reaffirming the need for unity and integrity

Pallavi International School, Keesara celebrated National Unity Day virtually to mark the birth anniversary of Sardar Patel, the first Home Minister of India. The school said that the idea of the event was to infuse in the younger generation the values integrated with the knowledge and adoration for the country’s rich heritage.
The highlights of the assembly were the rendition of a song suitable to the theme “Hum sub Bharathiya hai” by Harshini of grade V. Students were acknowledged with the ‘Statue of Unity’ inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi by a video– the world’s tallest statue of Sardar Vallabhai Patel in Gujarat. A collaborative pledge on peace and solidarity was administered to teachers and students.
