Renova Group of Hospitals launches neuro block in Hyderabad’s Banjara Hills
The new block at Banjara Hills Road No. 12 specialises in diagnosing and treating diverse and complex disorders of the brain and nervous system
Hyderabad: Renova Group of Hospitals on Friday launched its high-end neurocare block, Renova Institute of Neurological Sciences (RINS), at Banjara Hills Road No 12.
The new block specialises in diagnosing and treating diverse and complex disorders of the brain and nervous system and encompasses exclusive neurological and neurosurgical intensive care units, an operative suite equipped to perform high-precision brain and spine surgeries, comprehensive centres for epilepsy and stroke, and an advanced centre for neuromodulation (DBS, rTMS and related techniques), according to a press release.
The sub-speciality clinics, which are run periodically for stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis and related diseases, neuropathy and headache, cater to the needs of patients with various neurological diseases.
The neuro block was inaugurated by senior neurosurgeon and former NIMS Director Professor D Raja Reddy.
Renova Hospitals MD & CEO Dr Sridhar Peddireddy, chief of neurology Dr JMK Murthy and others were present.
