Road named after Karimnagar Municipal Commissioner Praful Desai
A road in the eighth division of Alugunur area in Karimnagar Municipal Corporation was named ‘Praful Desai Marg’ in recognition of the services of Municipal Commissioner Praful Desai. Leaders also laid the foundation stone for new roads under Prajapalana Pragathi Pranalika-99
Karimnagar: In recognition of the services of Municipal Commissioner Praful Desai, a road within the Karimnagar Municipal Corporation limits was named after him.
A road in the eighth division of the Alugunur area was named ‘Praful Desai Marg’ on Sunday. The decision was taken in appreciation of the commissioner’s role in the development of the town and his efforts to address public issues.
As part of the Prajapalana Pragathi Pranalika-99 programme, the foundation stone was also laid for the construction of new roads in the eighth division of Alugunur.
Manakondur MLA Dr Kavvampally Satyanarayana, Karimnagar Mayor Kolagani Srinivas, SUDA chairman Komatireddy Narender Reddy, Municipal Commissioner Praful Desai, local corporator Kalva Mallesham and others participated in the programme.
